For anyone who is new here, we decided to take a magic carpet ride through the metaphysical universe in 2025; each month, diving deep into the 12 laws of the metaphysical universe to find very tactical and practical ways to incorporate them into each of our lives!
In today’s episode, we are wrapping up the law of vibration before we hop into the law of attraction! Today, you can expect to hear a very high level recap of the law of vibration, some suggestions on how to raise yours, and of course some take away reflections that will leave a lasting impact.
Before we get into the thick of it, I will kick it off with a quick personal update.
Personal Update:
Things have been weird lately. I really feel like I am in a state of transition. It’s certainly a period of uncomfortable but necessary growth and transformation and deep introspection and awakening. But that is good. This is how we grow. In place of other updates, I really want to share a very key lesson. It sounds obvious, and probably a bit cheesy, and I am sure you have heard this before, but it can be so impactful–it has for me.
Whatever perspective you have, is the one you are CHOOSING and the perspective you choose is EVERYTHING; Your perspective creates your reality! The words you speak and the thoughts you think have a direct influence on your experience in life. Choose your words and your thoughts wisely. You do not have to believe everything you think.
With that, let's close out the law of vibration today.
The Law of Vibration: Recap and Reflections
First, I want to recap what we have learned in the last three episodes about the law of vibration. Then I will leave you guys with a couple of reflections that will guide us to our highest vibrations (if we let them).
So, the most important thing to remember about the law of vibration, is that your frequency will determine your nature, your interactions, and ultimately your experience in the world; your vibration determines your life. The good news is, you can change it, you can improve it. By developing a level of self awareness and mastery over your emotions and thoughts, you can literally improve your frequency and what you attract, and experience, in this world. I suggested you experiment with 7 simple things to raise your vibration: using affirmations (my personal favorite lately is, “Everything is working out perfectly in my favor”), reflecting and noting your daily wins (I like to do this before bed; if you want to be an overachiever you can envision what your 3 wins tomorrow will be), practicing gratitude (I like Steven Furticks Grateful 8 exercise, do as many as feels right for you), choosing your consumables wisely (think about anything and everything you consume, from the food you eat to the media you consume, it all has a vibration that ultimately influences yours), connecting with nature (there are endless reasons why this is good for you; if you need convincing, fresh air and sunlight never miss), exercising (it actually changes your state of being, ergo, can be a quick way to boost your vibration), and doing meditation and breathwork (the mastery over your mind is an essential skill if you are serious about raising your vibration, and one of, if not the best way, is through meditation and breathwork). Now, in order to ensure a longterm, permanent raise of vibration, you will need to confront and break the negative patterns in your life. This will be the difficult part. Your old patterns are like reflexes; they are automatic; it will take time and consistency to change your patterns; but it will be SO worth it. In order to make lasting changes in your life, you need to use the “Do-Be-Get” strategy. Do the things that align with who you want to become over and over and over again, then you will Become the type of person who naturally attracts things that are aligned with what you are doing, and then you are the one who Gets the results they desire. The key to this, is consistency; consistently doing the things that will raise your vibration, will ensure your vibration (and your life) is on a continuous, and steady incline, regardless of the pullbacks.
We can use these pullbacks as a trigger for reflection. Why did this pullback or dip in my vibration occur? Did I engage with people or things or products or environments that lower my vibration? Did something out of my control happen? Am I letting others influence my perspective and ultimately my outlook on life? Did the things that raise and keep my vibration high fall off my radar? Use these moments to note the activities and people and even thoughts that feel most energizing (or draining) and aligned (or in conflict). Really sit down and think about these things. Write them out. Get this chaos out of your mind and body and onto a piece of paper; it always helps me, not only to feel better by getting it out of my body, but to figure out what I need to do. Use this dip in your frequency to identify how you respond to low vibration situations or emotions. How can you shift your perspective to change your experience? Can you use any of the 7 simple tricks to raise your vibration immediately? Maybe yours is to shower or to journal or to laugh or call a friend. Whatever you have in the arsenal, do not hold back. The minute you get your vibration back to baseline (whatever that is for you) your life will start to flow again, synchronicities will come up, you will be attracting what you desire.
You guys I hope you now have a new found respect, understanding, and appreciation for the law of vibration and how it plays a role in your life. I hope you are optimistic about the possibilities of raising your vibration and improving your life.
